Not completely satisfied with your purchase?

At Teamko , we work every day to guarantee you the best shopping experience and the highest quality in our baby food products. If for any reason you need to return your item, you can request it within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Conditions for applying a refund:

  • The product must be unused , undamaged , and in the same condition as you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging , with all its accessories and labels.
  • It is necessary to present proof of purchase .

Products not subject to return:

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or have been tampered with.
  • Products purchased on clearance or with a special discount (except in cases of factory defects).
  • Hygiene items or items in direct contact with food , for safety and hygiene reasons, unless they have a verifiable defect.

Return process:

  1. Send an email to info@myteamko.com with the subject RETURN , attaching:
    • Order number.
    • Reason for return.
    • Photos or videos if it is due to defect or damage.
  2. We will evaluate the case and respond within a maximum of 48 business hours .
  3. If approved, we'll provide you with a shipping guide to return your product.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your application.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
