Our products are made of natural bamboo , food grade silicone , hypoallergenic fabrics free of BPA, PVC and phthalates.
2. Are they safe for babies and children?
Yes, all of our products are designed with your baby's safety and well-being in mind.
3. Can I put the products in the microwave or dishwasher?
- Silicone products are microwave and dishwasher safe.
- Bamboo products should be hand washed and should not be placed in the microwave or dishwasher.
4. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship within Mexico.
5. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
3 to 7 business days for standard shipping and 1 to 3 business days for express shipping.
6. How should bamboo products be cared for to make them last longer?
To ensure the durability of your Teamko bamboo products, we recommend the following:
- Wash them by hand with warm water and mild soap .
- Do not immerse them in water for long periods of time or place them in the dishwasher or microwave.
- Dry them completely after washing, and every 10 uses, apply a layer of virgin coconut oil or another natural oil to keep the bamboo moisturized and protected.
7. What is the recommended age to start using Teamko feeding products?
Our products are designed for babies starting complementary feeding , starting at 6 months of age or when prescribed by their pediatrician. They are ideal for methods such as BLW (Baby Led Weaning) or puree feeding, thanks to their safe, practical design, designed to encourage little ones' independence.
